So your district decided you will be virtual teaching at the beginning of the 20-21 school year. When you decided that you wanted to become a teacher you probably never thought that you would have to consider things like lighting, sound, and picture quality. Virtual teaching has forced all of us to learn different skills in order to effectively serve students. Because we are leaders, we don’t have the luxury of throwing our hands up and saying “this is too much” or “I don’t know how to……” As teachers, we are still leaders, but the pandemic has forced us to add new skills so that we can continue to lead. I’m here to help you and so I put together a presentation filled with tips I believe you need to know in order to continue leading.
