The Teacher is a Multiplier

Every teacher is a multiplier. Multipliers magnify and expand the unique gifts, talents and abilities of their students. This approach to teaching and leading is necessary to keep students engaged and focused on getting better. She shares that without an intentional focus on helping people grow and multiply, the leader can have a diminishing effect on those around them.
