It is unfortunate that there are not many jobs that pay people for the amount of time that they spend on Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Sadly, there are no jobs that pay six-figure salaries to people who sit around playing video games all day. Wouldn’t it be great if there was a job that paid you based on how much data you go through in a month? The more data you use, the more you get paid. Why isn’t there a job that pays you for watching as much Netflix and Hulu content that you possible can?
Many of these jobs seem easy. For that reason, they do not exist. Social Media, TV and video games are wonderful things and fun ways to help pass the time, but they offer no long-term value. By that I mean they don’t help you get to where you’re going once you graduate from high school. I don’t want you to graduate unprepared for the next level because you wanted to post on Instagram instead of studying. So be mindful when you have free time. You must make sure that you find the appropriate balance between work and play. Social media and video games offer you short-term value because they make you happy only for the moment. Once that moment is over, what do you have? Studying and completing your homework offer you long-term value because they pay off in the future. Graduating prepared for the next level is a good thing! You must balance the two. Make sure that you don’t sacrifice your future for short-term gain. Go for long-term value.
It Can Be Done
