Doing balancing exercises is a perfect way to strengthen your abs and legs. Sure, you pay for it the next day with a little soreness, but the payoff is worth it. When you try to balance your body, you are using muscles that you don’t normally use. Those rarely-used muscles kick in on their own to help you maintain your balance. In other words, your body adjusts to the position it is put in. As you continue to do these exercises, those muscles become stronger and then you are able to do crazy balancing
Life is very similar to a balancing act. As a young adult, you will have more responsibilities to manage. It will seem overwhelming at times. However, just like exercising, you have to train yourself to manage those responsibilities. In order to manage, you need to achieve proper balance. Balance is achieved by properly planning your time. It is challenging to get young people to see benefits of a planner. I was the same way. However, I came to a point in my life when I realized that there are simply too many things going on for me to properly keep up without writing them down. You may not need a planner right now, but I guarantee you that if you train yourself to use one now, it won’t be hard for you to find your balance when things get challenging.
